The Job Opportunity

Fixed Term Contract! Working closely with the HR Manager you will take full responsibility for the management and coordination of all training needs and offerings for the company. From managing current to sourcing new training service providers, to handling the relationships will all relevant SETA’s. You will also have the responsibility of managing the monthly and annual reporting (including the annual Workplace Skills Plan and the Annual Training report), including improve training and record keeping for B-BBEE purposes.

Your Requirements

Employment Equity position. A related HR degree with a min of 3 relevant L&D years’ experience gained ideally in either renewable energy or construction will open the door to this exciting opportunity.
