Main Purpose of the Role:
Provide ongoing support to Insurance companies, brokerage and procurement.
Skills and Education Required:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Marketing Degree / other formal tertiary qualification (Not negotiable)
- 3+ Years experience working in a similar role
- Customer service experience is a must
- Experience interacting on an executive level
- Very well presented and professional individual
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have working knowledge of insurance and brokers (motor industry experience advantageous)
- Own reliable transport required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up and respond to client complaint escalations from the various Insurers assigned to the portfolio, ensuring that these are dealt with efficiently
Facilitate the communication and priority resolution of repair issues between the insurer, broker, client and the respective branch and ensure it is suitably dealt with
Proactively initiate continuous and regular contact by arranging weekly / monthly meetings with brokers and insurers to evaluate their expectations and their client service deliverables, from the group and individual branches - Maintaining and grow Broker based business to the Autobody Repair Facilities
- Meet growth targets through servicing of brokers, building relationships with brokers and developing marketing strategies to promote the repair facilities to their respective broker base
- Act as a liaison between the Broker and the respective repair facilities by ensuring the service management to the brokers’ client is of such a nature that the client becomes an advocate of the branches service delivery.
- Provide accurate and definitive reporting to the Broker in order to track and monitor volumes, vehicle repair progress and communication channels
- The Key Accounts Manager will receive a broker listing of Brokers that have supported the branches historically and he / she will be required to make contact with such brokers, build relationships with all levels of the brokerages – Claims Team, Owners, Admin etc.
- Ensure that Brokers receive customer feedback for their respective clients repair experiences in the form of surveys, social media compliments and other reports
- Ensure that the branches correctly and accurately reflect the broker support by logging the broker information correctly on the online system
- Prepare presentations to brokers on the services offered by the repair group and handle training and educational programmes at the repair facilities
Additional Requirements:
- Clear criminal and credit records are essential
