Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets vs budgets
  • Negotiating contracts with customers and establishing timeline of performance
  • Develop and control annual budgets/forecasts/Grids
  • Control and management of promotional execution
  • Management & execution of Principal objectives.
  • Financial management
  • Customer account maintenance
  • Customer NPD management
  • Customer range management
  • Ensuring no over spending on promotional budgets
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Ensure 365 on Point merchandisers execute effectively
  • Trade visits
  • Management of information requests
  • Develop strong business relationships by developing tactical business plans, controlling and evaluating them
  • Maintain Grids, Promo Schedules & Principal Schedule Parameters
  • Keep within Cycle Deal Parameters
  • KAM and Operational overall support
  • Price monitoring
  • Liase with Orders Dept on pricing queries
  • Investigate/Summarize & Pass Claims
  • Evaluate and advise on changing trends and competitor activity in the market place
  • Identify and feedback on new business opportunities
  • Identify ranging and distribution opportunities in own and Distributor accounts
  • Maintenance of accurate Admin
  • Contact Reports accurate and on time

Desired Experience & Qualification

one or 2 years experience with a degree

Package & Remuneration

R500 000 per annum
