We have an opportunity available for an Underwriting Assistant based in Pretoria East.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the office by providing professional and courteous administrative support to operations & underwriting staff
- Processing of new and renewed policies
- Processing and drafting of endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Credit control etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- RE 1 completed
- 3+ years work experience in a similar position in Aviation insurance
- Aviation underwriting experience
- Applicant should be:
- Professional
- Flexible and able to manage multiple requirements
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be detail oriented, and have strong client service orientation.
