Description
A food manufacturing Company, based in Centurion, is looking for a Junior IT Technician to join their team on a temporary contract.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee computer systems (this include hardware, such as desktop computers, printers, scanners or handheld devices, as well as software programs)
Offers support to the system’s users
Provide Support
Maintain and Upgrade Systems
Tasked with upgrading the system and its components when the need arises.
Conduct research and provide cost analysis data when upgrading or purchasing new hardware, software or equipment.
Administer Data
Overseeing an organizations data, including client information and internal information.
Maintaining, backing up and securing databases, as well as restoring files as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
N+ and A+ qualification
Previous IT Support experience
Reside in or close to Centurion
Valid driver’s license & transport
Able to multi-task and support a large number of employees
Package & Remuneration
R7,000 per month (temp contract)
Working hours Mon - Fri 8h00 - 17h00; every second Sat 6h00 - 12h00
