National Computer Repair Company is seeking to employ a Junior IT Technician in their Somerset West office
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Must be able to function independently
- Must have reliable transport and valid drivers license
- Matric
- CompTIA A+ & N+
- MCSE / MCITP
Duties:
- Handle Technical Stock
- Maintain Jobcards and basic administrative duties
- HP Process
- Technical Diagnosis
- Repairs
- Advice onsite or walk in customers
- Technical stock and job deliveries
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing technical stock and prepare stock for dispatch or installation
- Handle tender and quote documentation
