An exciting junior developer position is available for a highly passionate and dedicated developer with experience in C#, SQL Server, HTML/CSS/jQuery.

Bizcommunity is Africa’s biggest multi-industry B2B news website serving a professional local and global audience for 20 years. We distribute five million newsletters to multi-industry professional audiences every month and are the leading publisher of industry news and corporate content in Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionality and enhancements to www.bizcommunity.com across web, mobile, and newsletter platforms from start to end of the product development lifecycle.
• You will also be the primary dev support on the site. If a site error is passed onto the dev team then you would attempt to find the issue and fix it. If you can't fix the issue, then you will pass it onto a senior developer, ensure the fix is tested and uploaded to the live site, keeping all parties informed of the progress.

Skills required

• C#, SQL Server, HTML/CSS/jQuery
• Advantageous: SASS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
