Description
Primary Duties:
- Confirming appointments with Customers
- Preparing of stock and consumables for installations
- Booking of travel
- Completion of all relevant paperwork
- Booking/confirming Quarterly SLA Visits
- Receive and action service calls logged
- Ensuring paperwork is received from technicians and processed
- Updating and escalating Helpdesk calls
- Update and manage maintenance reports and asset database
- Stock issuing for installation with consumables
- Faulty stock replacement process
- Occasional extra admin
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Matric certificate
- Computer literate
- Intermediate/high level Microsoft programs knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
- Customer orientated, team player
- Able to cope under pressure and deadline driven
