Description

Primary Duties:

 

  • Confirming appointments with Customers
  • Preparing of stock and consumables for installations
  • Booking of travel
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork
  • Booking/confirming Quarterly SLA Visits
  • Receive and action service calls logged
  • Ensuring paperwork is received from technicians and processed
  • Updating and escalating Helpdesk calls
  • Update and manage maintenance reports and asset database
  • Stock issuing for installation with consumables
  • Faulty stock replacement process
  • Occasional extra admin

 

Skills and Knowledge required:

 

  • Matric certificate
  • Computer literate
  • Intermediate/high level Microsoft programs knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
  • Customer orientated, team player
  • Able to cope under pressure and deadline driven
