Duties & Responsibilities

Our client who is a IT service provider requires a IT Help Desk operator who can service and take calls from clients.

It  is essential that the suitable candidate have a good knowledge of A+ / N+ and be a strong communicator, the position is based in the Hillcrest/ Kloof area (Upper Highway )

Charming phone manner combined with the relevant skills is essential.

The successful candidate must have reliable transport

 

 

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Previous Helpdesk skills

Experience in support ticketing systems

Microsoft Active Directory Domains

Microsoft Office 365

Have worked for a IT service provider

MCSA

Cisco CCNA

Configure of Internet Routers
