Description
The purpose of this position is to assist the Customer Success Manager, IT in a variety of IT Product areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Product Training, Onboarding & Retention
o Conduct training sessions to groups and individuals across multiple IT products and platforms
o Create Training Materials, Outlines and Documentation
o Communicate with end users post-training to effectiveness of training and improvements needed
o Work with technical team to broadcast training materials to end users
o Assess knowledge of trainees’ post training
o Provide status, progress and results reporting
o Use strong communication skills including excellent active listening skills
o Onboard new clients and users
o Support the commercial team in surveying user experiences and relaying to the IT product leadership team2. IT Product Organization/Coordination
o Keep accurate record and reporting of IT product usage, demo’s, onboarding, training sessions, development requests and interactions with stakeholders using Company tools and systems
o Assist in data quality initiatives within the Company
o Partner with the IT product development teams to drive system development, adoption and meeting business requirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
o Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel and general knowledge of Software Development
o Good analytical skills
o Good written and verbal skills
o Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
o Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
o BSc/BCom Degree in Computer Science or related Degree, or relevant experienceEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
o Experience in administration and documentation
o Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
o Experience in the software development industry
