Description
Our client based in Richards Bay is currently recruiting for a IR Manager to provide specialist Industrial Relations services to maintain a healthy Industrial Relations climate within the organisation, improving employee morale and minimising risk of collective conflict, disputes and industrial action that may impact on the Operational requirements of the Business. - Disputes Resolution with extensive exposure and experience in CCMA employer representation

Desired Experience & Qualification
- B. Degree in Industrial Psychology or a similar field
- Registration as an IR Specialist Practitioner with SABPP
- Approximately 8 years in Human Resources of which at least 5 years in an Industrial Relations specialist or managerial capacity.
- Experience in working with Trade Unions
- Wage Negotiations
- Lateral thinking, creative, perceptive, broad thinking, good conceptualisation skills, diplomacy, negotiating skills
- Code EB Driver License (previous Code 08)
- PC Literacy (MS Office Suite & SAP, Windows)
