Duties & Responsibilities
Position is based in-store, Crown Mines
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide post sales service advise to retail store consumers.
- Assist customers with installation services for TV, Multimedia, IT, Appliances, Gas, Aircon, Plumbing, Outdoor product assembly, etc.
- Assist customers with product information
- Recommend best post sales solution to customers based on their purchase from the retail store
- In store training to retail store sales staff on various services offered
