Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Consultant to join our dynamic team.
DURATION: 6 MONTHS
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be a part of security team responsible for initially building a fit for purpose IAM strategy for the client based on key requirements, and then crafting an implementable IAM/CIAM roadmap which the client and yourself will then execute on. Your tasks will include:
- Engaging and working closely with the project lead, project team and key client stakeholders to ensure that effective project delivery and communication channels is maintained
- Collecting business and functional requirements in the IAM/CIAM area at our client
- Designing and construction of the IAM/CIAM strategy and roadmap
- Designing and implementation of a suitable IAM/CIAM solution for the client based on the strategy and roadmap
- Deployment of foundational and other enabling use cases in the tool as well as the introduction of core business processes to support the deployment
- Assist the team in creating ad deployment of changes through change management programs, training and awareness campaigns
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and implementation of IAM and CIAM solutions across various service areas/groups, including designing and architecting solutions, IAM strategies based on client requirements.
- Knowledge of Identity Management Systems (e.g. solutions from Sailpoint, CA, Ping, Janrain, IBM, Oracle, or Forgerock)
- Demonstrated creativity in complex problem solving and ability to work under pressure
- Strong project/program management experience
- Ability to take business problems, existing processes and technology and translate these into service and process requirements
- Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to be credible with clients
- Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
- High energy levels and commitment to stringent timelines
- Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making
