Description
- Supporting of all desktop, server, printer, and network infrastructure.
- Supporting desktop applications like MS Office 2010 and MS Projects.
- Supporting of Shop floor equipment and software in the factory.
Profile
- Minimum Grade 12 Qualification.
- Three years' experience in an IT support environment.
- Experience with Windows 10.
- Application knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to wireless communication and security will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to do standby every fortnight.
- The individual must be able to work under pressure and swiftly resolve queries.
- Basic understanding of the 20 keys concept.
- Have a valid code 8/EB driver's license as well as reliable transport.
- Must be service orientated, have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
