Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager with implementing HR strategies, represent the company at CCMA up to arbitration stage, manage recruitment / selection in the region, performance management, identify training needs, employee relations, inductions etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Human Resources / Industrial Psychology degree / diploma and 4 years generalist HR experience and own transport is essential.
Experience in FMCG / Retail environment advantageous.
