Description
We currently looking for an experienced HR IR personal to work in our organization with relevant experience in the retail and manufacturing sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 5-8 years’ experience at an operational level with full competence in all areas of Industrial Relations
- Relevant working experience in a metal manufacturing environment
- MEIBC experience
- Experience working in a similar role in a unionised environment
- Extensive experience consulting and negotiating with Unions and Shop Stewards
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field advantagous
