Description
A company providing hardware and software solutions across multiple sectors including retail, financial services, education and live events; is looking for an energetic and ambitious individual with exposure to the full spectrum of HR duties to join an HR team and provide overall HR support to relevant business units.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection
- Employee Induction
- HR Administration
- Updating and maintaining all relevant HR databases for reporting purposes
- Administration and investigating workplace injuries
- Payroll and Benefit Administration
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development for relevant business units
- Facilitating employee exits and administration
- Attend to Health & Safety within the business
- Culture and employee wellness
- Performance management and reviews
- Labour relations
- Employment Equity
- Legislative compliance
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Graduate with an HR qualification or someone coming from recruitment or basic admin background looking to get into HR.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
