Duties & Responsibilities

If you are newly qualified with up to 2 years' experience; this position is for you.

The HR Consultant will manage the day-to-day operations of the human resource office for the company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.

Duties will include:

  • Recruitment
  • Performance management
  • IR
  • Organisation development
  • Regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee relationship management
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
  • Payroll

Requirements:

  • HR Degree
  • Own transport to travel to branches
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant HR Generalist experience

You will also travel from time to time.
