Description

The position will be responsible for the execution of the HR strategy by building relationships and support the business on all HR related matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To enable the business through the demonstration of IR competencies by providing support and advice to managers on all disciplinary matters.
  • To engage and consult with the business on resourcing requirements.
  • To advise and assist the business in ensuring fair performance management of employees.
  • To lead with the implementation of HR processes, with the aim of ensuring that all employees understand the associated processes.
  • Ensure that all employee HR queries are dealt with accurately and without delay.
  • Administer the human resources information systems in terms of recruitment and change of status.
  • Act on behalf of HR Disciplinary Manager in absence
  • Facilitate internal HR Audits to ensure compliance

Desired Experience & Qualification

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have + 4 years of HR generalist experience in the motor industry.
  • Must have experience in engaging with HODs and line Management
  • Must have strong operational HR and IR experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification - BCom In HR or any industrial relations qualification will be preferred.
  • Post-Grad qualification will be an added advantage
  • Registered with SABPP (South African Board for People Practice) an added advantage
