Description
One of our client's that is specializing in hospitality is urgently looking for a Hotel Manager. (Cape Town)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that self catering Units are clean and neat according to company standards.
- Check that Units are prepared before guests are booked in.
- Report maintenace requirements timeously and follow up until resolved.
- Ensure proper welcoming of guests.
- Liaise with guests and resolve queries and follow up on queries and complains until resolved.
- Manage staff to ensure excellent guest service at all times.
- Liaise with linen supervisor to ensure fresh linen is delivered as needed.
- Co-ordinate breakfast service to guests.
-Effective and efficient control of Hotel budget.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- At least 3 year's experience in similar position.
- Valid SA driver's license
- Diploma in Hotel Management will be an advantage.
- Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
