Description
We have an opportunity for an individual who has solid home loan expereince to be based in the Johannesburg area.
Duties & Responsibilities
You would be responsible for:
- New submissions
- Vetting of application and supporting documents
- Validating information
- Conducting deeds searches
- Following up with the relevant banks
- Attending to any queries on submissions
- Updating the consultant
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualificaiton:
- Matric
Experience:
- 2 - 3 yearsof home loan experience (minimum)
- Basic financial knowledge and knowledge of the National Credit Act
- Product Knowledge of all bank products pertaining to home loans (LTV policies, supporting docs required, various other bank products)
- MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel
