A Worldwide logistics company based in South-Africa is seeking an experience Financial Director. The entity has focused on the industry for more than a decade and has a footprint in over 20 countries.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the business.
- Board packs and Exco Packs
- Risk & Compliance
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO
- Implementing and improving internal controls
- Procurement
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA(SA) Qualification
- 5-10 years’ post article experience
- Management experience
