Duties & Responsibilities
To develop and plan the implementation of the Marketing Strategy for the Bank.
To ensure alignment of all Marketing Policies.
To manage and oversee the Department's budget and monitor expenditure.
To manage and direct the Portfolios within the Department.
To manage marketing Supplier relationships.
To manage and direct Public relations and related processes.
To oversee the management of Corporate Events.
To manage internal and external sponsorships in conjunction with the relevant Divisions and stakeholders.
To manage the Human Capital function of the Department i.e. recruitment, appraisal, development, counselling etc.
Desired Experience & Qualification
B. Com Honours degree in Marketing/Business is essential.
A relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
8-10 Years’ experience in a Financial/ Banking services marketing environment is essential.
3-5 Years’ Digital Marketing experience is essential.
Knowledge of Strategic Marketing is required.
Knowledge of Tactical Marketing is required
People management skills.
Ability to think strategically.
Negotiation skills.
Communication skills (verbal and written).
Problem Solving & analysis skills is required.
Business writing skills.
Presentation skills.
