Job & Company Description:
This property management concern based in the North is on the lookout for a high flying individual who will handle the operational financial processing and manage the financial forecasting as well as budgeting. As the successful candidate you will in addition be tasked with managing the taxation function and internal and external auditing.
This 3 month contract requires an individual who is experienced and has some industry knowledge as they will be expected to hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer financial processes and tasks for several companies
- Reconcile the GL and allocate costs
- Financial Analysis
- Consolidation of financial reporting
Education and skills:
- CA(SA) – non negotiable
- 3 years post articles experience
- Property experience important
