Duties & Responsibilities
To manage and administer personal lines policies via brokers and direct cleients:
- Build, manage and maintain broker / client relationships
- Execution of amendments accurately, efficiently and speedily in accordance with broker / client requirements
- Presentation of subsequent premium and cover changes where appropriate
- 1st time call resolution
- Policy Renewals
- Policy review
- Retention and measurement thereof
- Administration of unmet premiums
- Policy Cancellations
- Broker / client complaints handling and resolution including regular feed-back
- Adherence to regulatory, reinsurance, limits and terms, business and underwriting framework and process
- Drive organic growth
- Monitor and ensure retention
- Upsell / cross sell
Computer Literacy:
- MS Windows
- MS Office Outlook/Internet Explorer/Chrome
- MS Office Word
- MS Office Power Point
- MS Office Excel
Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Skills:
Ability to provide alternate cover structures where required
Ability to interact with brokers and or clients as the case may be verbally and in writing
Ability to manage and administer personal lines portfolio’s as follows, o Accurately, efficiently and in accordance with broker requirements
Within business process standards
Within the business underwriting (including reinsurance) and regulatory framework

Market related salary (12 months fixed term contract)
