The ideal candidate will be a dynamic person of integrity and vision with strong interpersonal skills, and have the following:
- Successful completion of a 4 year appropriate tertiary qualification
- Be a registered SACE member
- Have a sound knowledge of the curriculum
- Commitment to an exceptional standard of teaching and learning; have a passion for education with a track record of achieving exceptional results.
- Uses technology to improve administrative efficiency and enhance the educational experience in the classroom. Competence in terms of computer literacy with Google Apps particularly Google Classroom;
- Be energetic, self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact efficiently with parents and colleagues as part of the team
- Have an active willingness to participate in the broader life of the school as well as an understanding of the value of extra-mural participation
- The ability to understand, identify and contribute to the Christian ethos and values of the school
- Can demonstrate an ongoing commitment to his or her own professional development
