Description
Purpose of the role is sales strategy across the product and services range to generate budgeted revenues, whilst building the organisational and product brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maximised Sales Profits Sample of possible activities:
- Develop and direct all aspects of the organization's sales strategies policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Develops the integrated sales and marketing strategy and integrated plan to fulfill the revenue goals of the organization.
Market share growth Sample of possible activities:
- Develop the market maintenance and growth plan that will address current as well as future emerging markets of the organization and secures company future profitability and sustainability.
Enhanced market presence and company profile Sample of possible activities:
- Determine the Marketing strategy for current and future markets and products to enable market growth.
- Identify and manage an overarching market strategy, including various media strategies for the Company
- Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring its alignment with the overall
- marketing strategy.
- Mobilise technology platforms to redefine marketing.
Delivery enabled Sales and Marketing business unit delivering consistent
value Sample of possible activities:
- Set overall performance and business objectives for the unit in support of
- company business objectives
- Unit optimisation by defining, acquiring and enhancing of technology,
- practice, finance, people and total integration to deliver maximum value to
- the organisation cost-effectively and with optimization of resources.
- Facilitating synergy and congruency between Sales regions to ensure a
- common focus as well as optimal revenue and cost profile.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Sales Management qualification
- Post graduate qualification advantageous
