Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete shop, stock and staff management, front and back of house
- Staff training
- Implementation and maintenance of standards
- Overseeing service levels
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Have a minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as a General Manager
- Hospitality, Food or Beverage Qualification is essential
- Computer Literate in MS Office
- Ability to work long hours, weekends & public holidays
- Have previous experience with staff training & management
- Reside within or around Pretoria
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
