Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Complete shop, stock and staff management, front and back of house
  • Staff training
  • Implementation and maintenance of standards
  • Overseeing service levels

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

 

  • Have a minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as a General Manager
  • Hospitality, Food or Beverage Qualification is essential
  • Computer Literate in MS Office
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends & public holidays
  • Have previous experience with staff training & management
  • Reside within or around Pretoria
  • Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
