My client is looking for a FTT in Pretoria.

Define training needs on issues related to Quality;

Ensure the product's target in terms of cost and quality (FTT);

Paralyze any procedure or activity to prevent non-compliance;

Auditing and ensuring the documentation update affects the process and product by process technicians;

Respond to the Client in case of non-compliance and make the technical assessment of complaints;

Pilot 5PB and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of actions and compliance with response times;

Prepare and analyze the IMDS records of new products;

Follow up on audits of the process;

Support in the daily analysis of the non-conforming product;

Prepare and execute the updating of reports and indicators of the sector, monitoring and analyzing results, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of procedures, goals, and necessary corrective actions.

Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety and the internal rules of the Company.

Comply with the legislation, as well as the Company's institutional rules and policies, with suppliers and external bodies, ensuring due ethical behavior in the relationship with business partners, as well as compliance with established standards, and ensuring the Company's assets.

• Understanding and hands on experience of manufacturing operations in tooling, stamping, and/or welded assembly environment.
• High knowledge of quality concepts, analysis, techniques,
• Knowledge in metrology and lab analysis;
• Knowledge of following tools: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), QSA QSA (Quality System Assessment), FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Customer Specific´s, Critical Incident, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), etc.;
• Knowledge and understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing);

• Education & QualificationUniversity degree in Quality, Materials or Similar.
• Experience & Others3 years of manufacturing related experience with hands on operational knowledge (preferably two (2) years practical experience in automotive industry manufacturing environment) ;FTT experience is a plus;Experience working in an organization that has a well-implemented Safety Culture? is a plus.
