Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Ensure release is taken from shipping line and delivery instruction is sent totransport timeously. Ensurenecessary detains are done, that is state vert, port health and plantinspection. Ensure files are registered on cargo wise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in the Ocean Import Releasing
- Previous experience in the freight forwarding environment will be advantageous
- Must have sound knowledge on outlook / excel / Cargowise

- Must have sound knowledge in outlook, excel and cargo wise
- Must be able to work additional hour when required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealing with issues promptly
- Actioning vendor query
- Deliver instruction to transporter and provide documents to shipping line
- Register files
- Frame and pass landing orders
- Perform cargo dues for all types of cargo on order to cash
- Perform port health, plant inspection and state vet
