Description
Drive strategic product and technology vision for fraud across Transactional Banking product. Take responsibility for identifying and minimizing fraud exposure through developing features, platforms, models and capabilities to proactively identify sources and patterns of fraud and minimize financial risk. Develop strategic, long-term vision that will allow Transactional Banking, its systems and capabilities to have banking level fraud management, mitigation and services. This role is for someone with a high level of product development and management expertise and is very experienced in utilizing information generated from fraud patterns (AI), data and prior experience to create insights for cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience and minimal impact for fraud detection and prevention activities. Role is for a thought leader and an experienced manager with an experimental approach to designing and testing new product features. Guide and interface closely with data analysis and IT teams to define scope, review and refine technical capabilities, prioritize projects for release, and define new opportunities. Establish business cases and projected ROI on investment to identify and prioritize opportunities and partner with Finance and Business Leaders to manage the impact to profitability of the overall business.
