One of our clients are looking for someone that will be able to run one of their operating plants. Extensive experience in a forestry/ plantation enviroment will be non negotiable. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate
Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of landholdings and livestock operation
- Forest management
- Forest research
- resource planning
- Forest conservation
- Stakeholder management
- Management of a team
- Service provider management
- Management of machinery, materials and logistics
- Operational planning
- Look after production
- Cost control
- Revenue control
- Log supply operations annually
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelors degree in forestry
- 15 years' experience in the forestry/ plantation inviroment
- Experience in silviculture, harvesting, site/ land preperation, planting
- Infrastructure development/ planning and maintenance
