Description

Client Contact Centre agents are required for a period no longer than seven months. The agents will be assigned on client Project on a rotational basis, as per the client’s project monthly staffing requirements.

 

Subject to successful completion of training and examination, the agents will be placed at one of the Gijima sites and will be responsible for;

 

  • Taking calls
  • Providing callers with information regarding registration, voting and candidate nomination processes and activities
  • Interact and engage with people via; Email, Facebook, Twitter and Webchat
  • To facilitate improved service as well as to provide the client with demographic information on callers

 

Recruitment Process

The candidates will undergo the following process;

               First phase

  • Online/ Digital basic English assessment
  • Telephonic interview

 

Second phase

  • Training and examination

 

Final phase (Successful candidates)

  • Offer of employment
  • HR Induction

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 or equivalent certificate  (Essential)
  • 1 - 2  years’ experience (advantageous)
  • Multilingual (advantageous)
  • Must be in possession of a valid South African Identity book and be registered to vote (Essential)
