The Fitness instructor is to deliver a world-class fitness product to increase member retention through effective new member induction, building relationships, conducting fitness initiatives and promoting and selling ancillary products and services to members. In doing so, the Fitness instructor should adhere to operational & administrative standards and ensure the health and safety of members.

• Building relationships with members to achieve member retention

• Conducting fitness initiatives to increase member retention

• Selling of ancillary pack as per club target

• Adhering to operational and administrative requirements

• Actively managing ongoing training and self-development

• Matric qualification

• Relevant VA recognised Fitness Qualification

• At least 6 months experience within a fitness or similar role

• First Aid and AED qualification essential

• Solid experience within a customer centric environment and display heartfelt service

• Must be computer literate

• Have a good sense of marketing and sales skills
