Description
A well - established company in the retail/ manufacturing industry is now on the lookout for an individual to implement strategies and structures and mold the finance department. The ideal individual for this role will have hands-on experience with financial management and business analysis.
This role will require an individual with a passion for financial analysis, modeling, costing and management accounting.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Team Management
- Forecasting
- Budgeting
- Variance analysis
- Modelling
- Financial Analysis
As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands-on involved with the department as a whole thus understanding the costing function will be a requirement.
The requirements:
Qualification:
- Completed B. Com accounting degree or B.Tech degree in cost and management accounting
- Completed Honours will be advantageous
- Completed articles will be a non - negotiable
Experience:
- 5 – 7 + years’ experience within a similar role
Skills Required:
- SAP or Syspro experience will be advantageous
- Deadline driven
