Reporting directly to the CEO, we are looking for qualified person and able who is ahead of the game when it comes to providing financial leadership to the practices and processes of this rapid growing business.  We've proved the business model locally, now we are taking it internationally and need a competent person who is up for the challenge.

Duties & Responsibilities

As Financial Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of the business.
  • Prepare and communicate internal and external financial reporting and analysis (budgeting, cashflow, funding, papers for the Board of Directors).
  • Engage with the Sales team to develop the financial strategy and provide accurate information to the CEO to develop the financial objectives.
  • Naturally, you'll play a key role in, among others, managing payroll as well as ensuring stringent auditing and assurance takes place.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Degree, diploma or higher certificate in Finance, or equivalent
  • Computer literacy:  advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to communicate (in English) in a clear and concise manner will be crucial.
  • This role may require travel, both nationally and abroad; a valid passport is necessary.
  • Absolute attention to detail is a must.
  • We need a strong character who will maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to prioritise and be a proactive problem solver.
