One of Southern Africa’s leading SABS certified manufacturers is looking for a strong financial manager to join their team. This position will be based in Industria West, in Johannesburg. The successful candidate would be required to work late hours due to stock take.
Duties included, but not limited to:
- Strong management accounting
- Finance control management on the costing side
- Strong leadership, flair for implementing policies, stock control, stock counts
- Cycle counts
- Project manage the process of assisting the company prepare for internal audits
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong cost accounting skills
- Management experience as 4 to 5 cost accountants will report into this individual
- Proven abilities in managing and lead teams preferably on a national level
- Must come from a manufacturing background
- Project management skills
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Strong management accounting

- Process and procedural driven
- Must work under pressure.
Education
- Completed B. Com degree
- CIMA will be highly advantageous
