Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION
• B.Com Honors Finance or equivalent
• CA (SA) highly advantageous
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• At least 7 years of experience in a finance management role (Including articles)
• Experience with IFRS is a must
• Tax Knowledge and or Experience is advantageous
MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION
• Collate, prepare and interpret reports;
• Management accounts preparation and analysis;
• Collate, prepare and interpret commentaries and financial statements;
• Extensive involvement in Treasury Management between the Company and Investors;
• Manage disbursements to clients;
• Extensive involvement in the development of business plans;
• Undertake research into pricing, competitor analysis, and factors affecting performance;
• Cost and Budget management;
• Provide financial data and analytics to assist in decision making;
• Strategy implementation;
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory bodies;
• Conduct valuations;
• Manage the auditing process;
• Implement principles of transparency and good corporate governance;
• Develop and manage financial systems/models;
• Carry out business modelling and risk assessments;
• Supervision of a small finance team;
• Adhoc Projects;
