Desired Experience, Competencies & Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Advantageous)
• Articles with 6 years Post Articles Experience
• 8 - 10 Years’ experience in Financial Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ Senior Management Experience
• Strategic Financial skills required
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Solid Understanding of IFRS reporting
• A self-starter with proven ability to work with evolving companies and lead change into creating a structured, high performance environment
• A proven leader who is able to position Finance as a business driver, set up excellent operational processes,  coach the team and champion performance culture
