A well-funded tech startup in the FinTech space is seeking a recently qualified CA(SA) to join their team and take charge of the Operational functions at the company. The role will have a clear pathway for the candidate to eventually become the COO as the company continues to scale.

• Establish operating controls to automate systems for scalability
• Establish the Finance Function and oversee the operations of the finance teams
• Candidates are required to be strong administratively due to multiple moving parts that need to be managed

• The ideal candidate will be a CA(SA) with 0-4 years post article experience
• Candidates MUST have an entrepreneurial drive with the ability to innovate and think outside of the box
• Preference will be given to candidates that have worked in Corporate Environments (Big 4 candidates)
• Candidate must show an interest in the Tech and Startup industry
