Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To process financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations
  • Carry out general accounting, administrative duties as necessary
  • Invoice processing, reconciling of general ledger, creditors and intercompany accounts
  • Cash book processing, allocating of customer payments and assisting debtors with FI credits and debits
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Accounting.
  • Book keeping certificate.
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel and SAP) is essential.
  • Basic accounting and admin knowledge is essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Financial Administrative experience advantageous.
