Description
Our Client based in Woodmead (1 vacancy in Cape Town) are looking for an Experienced, Dynamic, Motivated, Goal driven Field Sales Executive/Key account executive to join their Dynamic sales team. The role is to build and manage a sales pipeline and retain top customers and then to nurture those key relationships over time. Outbound sales and Pipeline building via cold calling are essential. Presentation skills and Experience in a similar position is a must. Own vehicle is a must and is non-negotiable.
Position is partially office based but will need to set up appointments with businesses and see them.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must have a proven track record of Key Account Sales and a position via telesales and sales achievements. Minimum 3 years experience. Experience is not negotiable.
- Proven work experience in a Key Account environment is a MUST. Business to Business sales.
- Must be sales focused and money hungry (unlimited commission)!!
- Self-driven with positive outlook and a desire to succeed, and a clear focus on attention to detail and delivering sales results.
- Target driven, self-motivated and who relishes working in a competitive environment.
- Strong objection handling skills as well as the ability to close a sale. Speaking Afrikaans. and English is an advantage.
- Must be hardworking and be able to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
- Must reside within driving distance.
- Own vehicle is a must !!
- Time management and organizational skills is non-negotiable.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback with clients is a must.
- High degree of computer literacy and be comfortable working with sales CRM systems.
