Our client is a fast is growing telecoms business and is looking for a dynamic Fibre Team Leader to lead their growing operation based in Durban
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing a team of telesales agents, including recruitment, motivation, training, and coaching
- Must have sound experience in managing customer’s fibre journey from sale to activation
- Must have driver’s license and own vehicle
