Description
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Agri or related field
- Must have previous experience of Banana production (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- Experience of managing large workforces.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Zimbabwe
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the operations manager will be to manage the entire production process, including primary production, post-harvest and logistics concerns.
