Description

Facilities coordinator provides administrative and technical support by Co-ordinating all Facilities departmental administration

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of the Receptionists and their functions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Identify, promote and gain support for improvement opportunities that will increase revenue and or reduce operating costs
  • Procurement of all related quotes with regards to the department
  • Assists with the entire procurement process
  • Responsible for filling all job cards and invoices received.
  • Maintenance and management of access cards and lanyards
  • Manages the PCI Lists
  • Organizing and maintenance of the Health and Safety training.
  • Record keeping of all trained individuals in the business
  • Ratios are to be continuously checked to ensure that CCI is compliant.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of all Company vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicle service and bookings are arranged timeously
  • Ensure general vehicle maintenance is conducted
  • Monthly fleet schedule to be sent to the Finance department to affect deductions accordingly.
  • Mentor and manage direct reports

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Formal Qualification in Property Management or Facilities Management
  • Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a Facilities Management environment
  • Computer literate – MS Office and CMMS software
  • Property, Facilities & Technical ability
  • Budget management
  • Driver’s license
  • Clear criminal record
  • Ability to coordinate, plan, time manage and work with tight deadlines
  • A service excellence attitude
  • Accurate record keeping and excellent admin / filing skills
