Duties & Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers.
Monitors and reports on competitor behavior and activities
Performs needs analysis of existing/prospective customers to determine their
requirements
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer and business relationships.
Projects sales volumes for existing and new customers and product lines.
Implements sales strategies initiated by management.
Expand customer base through cold calling
Expedite resolution of customer complaints and problems to maximize service level
Assists in establishing and optimizing selling price by monitoring, competition, trends,
supply and demand
Achieve agreed upon sales targets within a stipulated time frame.
Accurately and efficiently make use of CRM systems
Supply management with regular reports of market activity, call ratios ,customer needs
and feedback as well as future developments
Overall growth of company turnover and profitability

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric.
Must come from building and construction industry 
Must have relevant qualifications
Must 2-3 Years in related industry .

Package & Remuneration
R240 CTC + benefits .
