JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients and directing all assurance services delivered. The successful candidate will also be responsible for acting as an audit lead on listed clients as well as contributing to the development of new business relationships and business proposals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for engaging with clients.
EDUCATION
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- CA (SA)
JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- At least 2 years post article experience in a similar industry
- Small to medium size audit firm experience is preferred
- Experience in managing and coordinating audit teams of various sizes
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Caseware is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
