Description
An opportunity has arisen in a successful growing business in Verulam KZN, for an experienced Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to the Director.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving calls and guests and directing them accordingly
- Electronic diary management which entails scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks
- Minute taking, drafting of minutes, and ensuring that action items are carried through
- Professional letter writing
- Making travel arrangements
- Travelling abroad
- Dealing with suppliers
- Arranging meals and snacks as required
- Purchasing gifts
- Assisting to enforce company deliverables at the Directors request
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Driver’s license
