Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a strong Executive Chef for a luxury Wine Estate establishment based in Stellenbosch. This role will oversee all the culinary needs of the establishment and we are seeking someone with exceptional 5* Fine Dining experience to take on this position.
To be considered you must:
- Worked in 5 star establishment previously
- Experience of menu planning/design
- Experience of menu costing and delivering food GP’s as agreed
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, storage, health standards
- Versatile in providing different styles of cuisine
- Some experience of sustainability aspects of food offering and menu design
- Excellent people skills are a must in the kitchen, you will need to maintain a sense of fun while training and developing your team.
