Duties & Responsibilities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Grade 12 with an aptitude for figures
  • Good attendance and reliability
  • Minimum of 2 years claims experience in industry/3 year’s surplus related experience
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Natural and Alex systems.
  • Knowledge of the Pension and Provident Fund rules.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealing with customer queries telephonically.
  • Calculating various claims and paying out of claims.
  • Utilising the functions of the Natural and Alex systems to carry out the day-to-day activities.
  • Interpretation and application Fund Rules.Corresponding with external customers
